Its fast and so simple kids can help.

Spinach is so versatile and so good for everyone. It’s a great idea to sneak spinach into everything. It’s one of the many blessings of spring.

If you use oven baked lasagna you won’t have to boil them. The recipe is even faster if you buy bags of all ready grated its even faster.

Soak the top lasagna strands. Mix tomato paste and stewed tomatoes together. Dice the spring onion (I like to use scissors). Mix the diced spring onion into the tomato mixture. Add chopped basil or dried.

Wash and cut stems of the spinach (unless you bought them pre washed in a bag)

Put one third of the tomato mixture in the bottom. Place one third of the spinach on top. Sprinkle one third of the cheese on top. Put one third of the cottage cheese on top. Place a layer of lasagna. Now starting with the tomato mixture repeat the layering twice. Place the soaked lasagna at the top and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of that.

Bake at 400 for around 30 minutes or until brown.
